Job Description

Job Description:

  1. Review credit reports from multiple credit bureaus to evaluate the financial status of clients.
  2. Ensure the submission of data to reporting agencies in line with regulatory deadlines.
  3. Adhere to national regulations governing reporting such as POJK, PBI, and other relevant laws.
  4. Ensure that the bank's reporting practices align with internal policy.
  5. Identify, investigate, and report any errors or discrepancies found in data or reporting that may affect compliance.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  2. Having 2-5 years experiences in IT reporting.
  3. Certifications in banking or financial services would be a plus.
  4. Strong understanding of banking regulations and industry standards.
  5. Effective communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports and interact with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  2. Strong analytical skills to asses data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  3. Understanding of regulations and compliance requirements related to reporting
  4. Strong attention to detail when reviewing reports and identifying discrepancies or errors.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex reporting processes to both internal stakeholders.
  6. Ability to collaborate with different departments.
  7. Familiarity with various banking products.
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, particularly when preparing periodic reports, audits, or updates to regulators.
