Job Purpose
To ensure that all woodframe products meet quality standards and specifications by performing inspections during production, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.
Job Specification
- Inspect raw materials before production
- Check product quality during production process
- Inspect finished products before shipment
- Measure product dimensions using basic tools
- Identify and report defects or quality issues
- Record inspection results and prepare simple reports
- Coordinate with production team for quality improvement
- Ensure work area is clean and follows 5R standards
Job Qualification
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Wood Technology), Quality Management or related field
- Minimum 12 years experience in Quality Control, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in wood, furniture, or construction material industry is an advantage.
- Basic quality control process
- Measurement tools and techniques
- Understanding of drawings and specifications
- Basic manufacturing process (cutting, assembly, etc.)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
