What You Will Do

  • Conduct sampling of finished goods for analysis and inspection based on bulk product parameters and sensory reference standards.
  • Perform finished goods inspection using approved methods and procedures, with a maximum timeline of 2 working days after products are received by the Warehouse team.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports (organoleptic, physical-chemical, and sensory test results) and submit them to the Quality Manager for verification and approval.
  • Manage finished goods retention samples, including sampling, storage, monitoring, and destruction in accordance with SOP.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain Quality Laboratory equipment used for QC testing in compliance with established SOPs.
  • Request procurement of QC supplies, stability testing materials, and laboratory equipment calibration to the Quality Manager.
  • Execute long-term stability testing programs for finished goods post-production across all company products.
  • Ensure all stability programs run according to the defined timeline and protocol.
  • Develop and maintain a complaint database covering complaints from e-commerce/online channels and offline channels, in coordination with the Customer Service team.
  • Propose corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA) and participate in complaint reviews with the Quality Manager, management, relevant internal PICs, manufacturers, and suppliers.
  • Re-check returned finished goods from distributors and/or logistics partners, record findings into the complaint database, and propose follow-up actions together with the Quality Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation and updating of SOPs related to Quality Compliance and Complaint Management.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, Biology, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Compliance, or a similar role (Officer level).
  • Hands-on experience using viscometer and pH meter.
  • Good understanding of document control systems and quality documentation practices.
  • Familiar with QC testing methods for cosmetic, personal care, or FMCG products.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to quality and compliance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Utara.
