Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field from a reputable university
• 2 - 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar role
• Experience in the life insurance industry is mandatory
• Hands-on experience in test scenario design and test execution
• Mandatory experience using Katalon for automation testing
• Proven experience in Web, Mobile, and API testing
• Familiarity with Postman and/or JMeter is highly preferred
• Experience working with Azure DevOps Test Plan and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience creating test plans and test cases using tools such as Jira
• Basic knowledge of SQL (DML) and database validation
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical requirements to design comprehensive test strategies
• Create detailed test plans and well-structured test cases
• Execute manual testing across web applications, mobile applications (Android/iOS), and system integrations
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Katalon
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) to validate end-to-end system functionality
• Conduct API testing using Postman and Newman
• Execute performance testing using JMeter to ensure system scalability and stability
• Document test results, defects, and test evidence in a clear and structured manner
• Identify, analyze, and track bugs or issues throughout the testing lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and resolve defects
• Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira for test management and defect tracking
• Ensure product quality through continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
