Qualifications

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Food Technology or Nutrition.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (F&B company is preferred).
• Proficient in food safety audit and regulatory processes.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, Halal, export, and import standards.
• Knowledge of QC 7 tools or other analysis methods.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct audits related to food safety management systems and technical standards.
• Submit audit reports to auditees in a timely manner.
• Evaluate implemented food safety standards at suppliers.
• Provide training on food safety standards.
• Compile data for analysis of food safety implementation within the company.
• Actively support the successful implementation of ISO 9001:2015 & HACCP.
