Quality Assurance Specialist
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably in hospitality, manufacturing, or service industry.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection processes, and continuous improvement principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures and SOPs.
- Skilled in identifying process gaps and recommending corrective actions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS).
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Flexible, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
