Quality Assurance Specialist

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (General Practitioner) or Bachelor of Nursing (Ners).
• Minimum 23 years of experience in hospital quality, accreditation, patient safety, or clinical governance.
• Hands-on experience in hospital accreditation processes (national and/or international).
• Strong understanding of incident management, RCA, risk management, and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., PDSA).
• Proven experience in analyzing quality data and preparing management reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal accreditation assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with applicable healthcare standards.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead and monitor Clinical Governance and Patient Safety initiatives.
• Manage risk management processes, incident reporting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Monitor, analyze, and report healthcare performance indicators and KPIs.
• Develop and review policies, SOPs, and quality-related documentation.
• Coordinate cross-departmental quality improvement programs and follow up on action plans.
