Quality Assurance & Regulatory Jr Manager - Jakarta & Cikande

As a Quality Team, you will be responsible for ensuring food quality and safety compliance, driving continuous improvement in plant performance, and leading the quality control team across all sites.

What will you do

• Ensure food quality and safety procedures implementation to meet standard that have been established and non-conformity handling.
• Continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Periodically report to the direct supervisor and stakeholders on the plant's performance and what needs to be improved.
• Lead quality control team for all sites.

What are we looking for

• Education: S1 Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a quality control supervisor in the food manufacturing industry.
• Technical skills: understand principle of food safety and food quality, sampling, panel testing, HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000, BRC, or other food safety standards.
• Soft skills: initiative, attention to detail, good communication, observant, integrity, problem solver, data-driven, able to work individually or as a team.
