Develop and maintain test plans based on BPM system requirements.
Design test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), and BPM process flows.
Execute various testing activities including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, End-to-End Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.
Perform workflow testing for BPM systems, including workflow process testing, approval flow testing, task routing testing, SLA validation, and rule engine validation.
Document testing results and prepare test reports.
Track and manage defects using bug tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure system quality and stability.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 25 years of experience as Software QA, Software Tester, or Quality Assurance Engineer.
Experience testing enterprise applications or workflow systems.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience creating Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Test Documentation, and Test Reports.
Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts including BPMN 2.0, workflow automation, and business process modeling, with experience using BPM platforms such as Camunda, Appian, Pega, IBM BPM, or Bonita BPM.
Experience performing API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, REST API, JSON, and HTTP request validation.
Basic database knowledge and SQL query skills, including experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server for data and query validation.
Experience using defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, SDLC, sprint testing, continuous testing, and DevOps collaboration.
Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Katalon, or Cypress is considered a plus.
