We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to support our logistics client in ensuring the quality and reliability of their software systems. This position involves designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver stable and high-performing solutions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in manual testing processes, and a solid understanding of QA methodologies within fast-paced, data-driven environments.
Job Description:
- Execute test cases manual and analyze results.
- Evaluate product code according to specifications.
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
- Conduct review meetings to share test case status, discuss concerns and risk items, drive comprehensive test coverage, and assure general team alignment.
- Help troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as QA Manual Engineer.
- Experience in ERP projects, preferably Odoo.
- Experience in project management and QA methodology.
- Experience working with software development lifecycle tools, such as Jira, DevOps Azure, and Zephyr (test case management).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willing to work fully onsite in Kedoya, West Jakarta.
