ABOUT JOB:

This position will contribute to a major international Railway Infrastructure Project in Southeast Asia, involving the planning, execution, integration, and delivery of complex multidisciplinary rail systems and civil works. The role requires strong technical expertise, coordination across multiple stakeholders, adherence to global railway standards, and leadership in ensuring successful project outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement project Quality Management Plans.
• Audit contractor QA/QC systems, ITPs, and testing compliance.
• Lead NCRs, CARs, and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and project quality benchmarks.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across all work packages.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Engineering.
• 10+ years QA/QC experience in large infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ISO systems and quality control processes.
• Railway experience preferred.
