Develop and improve QA processes to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance standards.
Design, develop, and maintain manual and automation test scripts.
Execute and analyze test results to ensure software quality and stability.
Identify, document, and track issues through resolution.
Enhance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices within the organization.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with Product, Backend, and Frontend teams.
Prepare test reports and maintain comprehensive QA documentation.
Syarat Pekerjaan
Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
2-4 years of experience as a QA Engineer, including hands-on QA automation experience
Have experience in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) with understanding of test case design, regression testing, and API testing is a plus
Familiar with bug tracking tools and version control systems
Understanding of CI/CD processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
This role is a full-time position based in Bintaro, South Tangerang (WFO)
