Executed SIT, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT tests, cutting post-release defects by 40% and speeding up go-live by 20%. Collaborated with developers to track velocity, coverage, and ensure product and production quality. Defined QA metrics to evaluate test effectiveness, efficiency, and product quality.
