Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual test cases and scenarios to verify software functionality across different platforms
  • Work with development teams to understand requirements and report bugs using tracking systems
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Create and maintain clear test documentation including test cases and procedures
  • Participate in team meetings and Agile development processes
  • Identify and document software defects with detailed reproduction steps
  • Conduct thorough exploratory testing of new features
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
  • Experience with manual test case design and bug reporting
  • Experience in structured testing methodologies and documentation
  • Knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
  • Ability to work effectively in large-scale project environments
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Basic SQL knowledge for database testing
