QA Tools & Instrument Staff

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the implementation of the Food Safety Management System and Halal Assurance System (SJH).
• Ensure proper calibration of equipment and conduct microbiological analysis.
• Prepare and distribute calibration and microbiology test reports to relevant departments.
• Maintain and archive calibration certificates and external test reports systematically.
• Handle documentation and administrative requirements for Outlet Health Eligibility Certification (SLS).
• Follow up on corrective actions for non-conformance findings from calibration or external testing.
• Coordinate with external calibration vendors and microbiological laboratories.
• Upload and manage SLS-related data and documents.
• Implement and monitor food safety practices in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Chemistry, Biology, or Food Technology.
• Strong understanding of ISO 22000:2018 and HAS 23000 standards.
• Knowledge of BPOM and SNI food regulations.
• Familiar with SLS certification requirements and submission process.
• Good understanding of food safety practices and implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (mass communication).
• A reliable team player, able to collaborate across functions.
