QA/QC Officer

Role Description

The QA/QC Officer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of company processes and outputs. Daily tasks include performing quality control checks, conducting quality assurance evaluations, implementing quality management procedures, and participating in quality audits. The candidate will also identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Min. 2 years experience as QA/QC
• Programming: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript
• Testing: Manual testing, test automation using tools like Selenium, Katalon, or Postman
• Database: SQL, NoSQL, understanding of database structures and schemas
• Strong Analytical Skills and an ability to identify key metrics for quality improvement
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
