Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and enforce the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015 or other applicable standards) for the project.
  • Review, develop, implement, and update procedures and work instructions in line with QMS standards.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Construction teams to ensure understanding and execution of quality policies.
  • Ensure all project work complies with quality standards, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Strategically resolve quality issues and make final decisions in cases of non-conformance.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain quality documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and inspection forms.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement in the QMS.
  • Prepare project audit reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess QMS effectiveness and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to maintain quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct inspections and verifications at each project stage to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve work processes and QMS implementation.
  • Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement among project teams.
