QA Officer

Job Description Summary :

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and ensuring that operational, research, production, and service activities comply with the quality management system and organizational objectives, while supporting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Job Description :

• Analyze and review research, production, services and services, against the quality objectives of ISO 9001: 2008 in monthly reports and annual reports.
• Analyze and report data related to departmental operations on a regular basis.
• Observe the operational management system on a regular basis and advise the Department Head on corrective action, prevention or development for the activities for which it is responsible.
• Coordination of conformity (calibration and verification) tools and minimum stock of research materials in accordance with the planned budget.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or quality management systems, preferably in manufacturing, research, or service environments.

• Strong understanding of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001 standards.

• Familiar with calibration, verification processes, and quality control tools.

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring operational performance.

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data analysis and reporting.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
