Create detailed test plans and test scenario based on the product requirements and user stories to ensure full coverage of all features and edge cases.
Perform manual scripted and unscripted testing (exploratory test) of new and existing features to uncover issues, identifying bugs and potential usability problems.
Coordinate and communicate with the team on planning and developing
Identify areas of improvement in the QA process, testing tools, and test case management to enhance the overall efficiency of the testing process.
Requirements
Have good critical thinking, statistical analysis, and problem solvin
Have experience using Cypress to create automated test will be advantageous
Familiar with mobile testing framework will be advantageous
Familiar with Jira to prioritize and track the status of defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting of fixes.
