Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Proven understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with Jira.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), testing methodologies, and quality assurance best practices.

Technical Competencies

• Functional Testing
• Regression Testing
• Smoke Testing
• Basic understanding of Performance Testing principles and methodologies
• Hands-on experience in Test Automation using Java and Playwright
• Experience in test planning, test case development, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• Prior experience within the Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
