Leveraging the expertise of Koreas EZ Medicom Company, we reliably supply high-quality products and services across diverse industries.

We implement procurement strategies optimized for the Indonesian market and regulations, actively supporting Daewoong Groups overall competitiveness and smooth business operations in Indonesia.

Candidates who join the PT EZMedicom family will be apart of a team that coordinates with both internal (Daewoong&aposs subsidiaries) and external (suppliers & vendors, logistics companies, 3pl companies, etc.) parties to optimize the entire purchasing framework for Daewoong&aposs subsidiaries.

Your Role in This Journey

By joining PT EZMedicom&aposs team as a Purchasing Staff, some of the tasks that you will be responsible for are :

Product sourcing and price management:

Identify and reorganize distribution structure by vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers

Price management work through market price research

Substitute product suggestions and sourcing (identifying product trends)

Conduct activities to secure price competitiveness and improve profits by product/partner

Quantity integration and bidding

Discovering and nurturing new partners (vendors, suppliers, logistics partners)

Activities to improve profits through establishing and negotiating operational strategies

Communication and work coordination between related departments and suppliers

Data management and analysis:

Establishment of strategy through DB analysis

Performance management through profit and loss analysis by item

Who Were Excited to Meet

Education : Minimum bachelor&aposs degree or higher

Experience: Purchasing work experience (with a proper understanding of purchasing work)

Must be able to communicate in English (both speaking and writing ability)

MS Office skills intermediate or higher

Ability to communicate smoothly with related departments and external stakeholders

Willing to placed in Cikarang, West Java area

Its Even Better If You Have

Working experience in a relevant position at a Pharmaceutical/Bio Company/Logistics/Construction

Characteristics of a person with a service mind and communication skills especially in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Working experience at overseas or global companies

Korean language knowledge
