Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Research potential vendors, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • To make confirmation of delivery order to customer regarding to available products and production schedule.
  • Control and ensure all delivery are realized in accordance with the shipping instruction, especially export container schedule.
  • Plan the material purchase and control the material incoming accordance with the customer demand and requirement

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer from Manufacturing Company ,Purchasing Agent or similar role
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
  • Understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience work with Navision System/SAP/Oracle or another System
