Purchasing Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize purchasing processes and minimize costs
• Identify potential suppliers, evaluate vendor performance, and establish long-term relationships to ensure quality and reliability of supplies
• Overseeing all aspects of the process that businesses use to create and introduce new products to the market
• Responsible for maintaining project timelines and tracking on-time delivery of samples, accuracy of costing and quality yields for all samples stages
• Oversee product line and trend direction with the aim of creating a focused brand concept
• Understand import procedure

Qualifications :

• Min Bachelor Degree from any major
• Proven experience in purchasing & buying with a minimum of 4 years in a managerial role
• Excellent communication in English & Mandarin is a must
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships effectively
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and contract management principles
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage team
