Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya for a Purchasing Interior and Civil Engineer. The role involves managing purchasing operations and processes, evaluating vendors and suppliers, creating and processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of quality materials. The role also demands collaboration with the design and project management teams to meet project specifications and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Orders
• Strong knowledge of Purchase Management and vendor coordination
• Analytical Skills for evaluating suppliers, processes, and cost efficiency
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in the construction or interior design industry is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
