PT Timur Raya Anugerah Damai is a prominent automotive spare parts distributor specializing in products from Japan and other global manufacturers. Our extensive product range includes automotive bearings, suspension parts, transmission components, and more, catering to the needs of passenger cars, vans, SUVs, and commercial trucks. With over 5,000 SKUs, we serve a wide network of customers, including dealers, workshops, and end-users across Indonesia. Our key focus is supporting the transportation and logistics sectors with reliable and high-quality spare parts and exceptional service.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Purchasing (Import) Specialist, your responsibilities include managing purchasing and import processes, preparing purchase orders, and sourcing reliable suppliers. You will liaise with international vendors, monitor shipment schedules, ensure compliance with import regulations, and maintain accurate purchasing records. Effective communication and coordination with internal teams will be critical to meeting the company's procurement needs and deadlines.

• Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchase Management, and Purchase Orders, including preparing and monitoring orders.
• Experience in sourcing, supplier evaluations, and managing Purchasing activities for import operations.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess purchase requirements, analyze costs, and evaluate vendor performance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international suppliers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with import regulations, customs processes, and international trade documentation is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant procurement software is advantageous.
