Develop and execute procurement and supply chain strategies to optimize cost and supplier performance.
Lead contract negotiations, supplier selection, and long-term commercial agreements to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality supply.
Build and manage a strong supplier network, including evaluation, onboarding, performance monitoring, and risk mitigation plans.
Drive cost reduction initiatives through cost breakdown analysis, market intelligence, and supplier development programs.
Oversee procurement planning, purchase execution, and compliance with corporate governance, audit requirements, and ERP workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Finance, and Logistics to align procurement and supply chain decisions with operational and project needs.
Provide leadership for the end-to-end Supply Chain Management function to ensure operational efficiency.
Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives within procurement and supply chain operations.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
10–15 years of Procurement experience, preferably in Automotive or OEM manufacturing environments.
Strong track record in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier negotiation, and cost-optimization projects.
Solid understanding of import–export regulations, Incoterms, supply chain risk management, and supplier compliance.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced).
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills in a cross-functional setting.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
