Job Descriptions:
- Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with overall business objectives
- Oversee and guide purchasing team activities, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and vendor coordination
- Prepare and present reports on purchasing performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives to senior management
- Source, maintain, and develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and reliability
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Proven knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and proactive mindset
