Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchaser located in Cakung-East Jakarta. The Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring products, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring that the inventory is well-stocked. Daily tasks include evaluating suppliers, monitoring product quality, and coordinating with different departments to meet the company's purchasing requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate purchase records and performing market analysis to forecast trends and secure the best possible pricing and terms for the company.
Qualifications
- Procurement, Supplier Evaluation, and Negotiation skills
- Inventory Management and Product Quality Monitoring skills
- Market Analysis and Trend Forecasting skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in a purchasing role is highly valued
- Previous experience in FMCG industry is a plus
