Public Relations Specialist

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that build our brand reputation, credibility, and awareness in the Indonesian market
• Draft and distribute press releases according to our communications pipeline & conduct media pitching to secure coverage in top-tier national financial, business, and technology media
• Perform daily media monitoring of SeaBank, competitors, and trends in the digital banking industry
• Draft timely responses (FAQs, Q&As, and official statements) to address issues or crises & proactively identify potential reputational risks to prevent issues from escalating
• Develop key messaging that translates complex financial features into accessible content for the general public
• Support publication materials for marketing and CSR initiatives
• Prepare talking points, speeches, and briefing documents for C-level management ahead of media interviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations, International Relations, Economics, Management, Law, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as a PR professional in a bank, agency, or corporate setting OR 2 years of experience as a reporter for print, TV, or online media
• Strong understanding of the national media landscape and future media trends
• Proficiency in writing both straight news and feature articles
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and networking abilities.
