Job Description

PR & Partnership Associate will be responsible to amplify IDN's brand presence and strengthen key partnerships through implementing strategic communication and engagement initiatives. This position requires a blend of applied strategic thinking, demonstrating creativity, and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills to drive impactful public relations campaigns and nurture relationships with stakeholders, media, and partners.

Job Descriptions

1. Plan publicity strategies and campaigns.

2. Write and produce press releases.

3. Deal with inquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations.

4. Organize and attend promotional events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits.

5. Speak publicly at interviews, press conferences and presentations.

6. Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.

7. Analyze media coverage.

8. Handle employee's merchandise needs.

9. liaise with media partners, managerial and journalistic staff about budgets, timescales and objectives.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in PR, communications, or partnerships. Experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns is a plus.

2. Ability to develop and implement publicity strategies and campaigns to amplify brand presence and engagement.

3. Strong skills in writing and producing press releases, presentations, and communication materials for diverse audiences. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required.

4. Experience in handling media inquiries, public engagement, and partnerships with press and organizations. Familiarity with social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram is an advantage.

5. Ability to organize and attend promotional events, including press conferences, exhibitions, tours, and visits, while confidently speaking at public engagements. Aptitude in presentation and public speaking is essential.

6. Strong interpersonal skills to nurture relationships with stakeholders, media, and partners, providing updates on PR campaigns and promotional opportunities.

7. Proficiency in analyzing media coverage to measure PR campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

8. Outgoing, creative, and able to build strong relationships while managing budgets, timelines, and objectives. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive mindset are key traits for this role.
