Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for corporate actions and client service
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions, such as dividend payments, stock splits, and mergers
  • Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to support professional development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in financial and operational reporting, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement and project management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
