About the Role
To develop and maintain relationship with providers with objective to provide the best-in-class service & capability for AIA & its customers
Providers Management:
- Develop and maintain cooperation with providers (hospitals, clinics, dentist, pharmacies, optics, etc).
- Develop AIA Platinum Providers with the agreed criteria & qualifications.
- Review PKS, SKS and addendum on the request from the provider or company.
- Provide best customer journey (experience) when dealing service with the providers, including the target SLA of LOG (admission & discharge).
- Prepare regular report e.g monthly top 10 providers in term of payment, utilization, etc
- Holding regular performance dialogue meeting
- Holding gathering event and joint promotion with the appointed / selected providers
Settlement and Complain Handling
Ensure all complaints can address in timely manner
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education and experience:
- Bachelor's degree with good knowledge in Insurance principal and medical
- Experience - 3 years minimum
Specific skills:
- Have a good knowledge in system, claim process at TPA, Insurance Principal and AIA policy provision
- Able to work under pressure, good leadership, good communication
- Good leadership and decision-making skill
