Primary Focus & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and motivate the Protection Consultant team to deliver high-quality customer engagement and achieve targets
  • Set clear KPI, monitor performance, and implement interventions to uplift productivity
  • Oversee consistency and quality of customer conversations, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and customer experience expectations
  • Identify emerging customer pain points or feedback themes, work with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Translate company S2S strategy into execution, plans, and customer engagement protocols
  • Optimize lead generation through segmentation insights, process improvements and targeted engagement campaigns
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with field agents and agency leaders, reinforcing feedback loops on lead quality and follow-up effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in insurance sales, customer engagement, telesales, or service-to-sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record in managing outbound customer engagement teams and driving sales productivity in life or health insurance
  • Strong grounding in customer experience improvement
  • Experience in coaching frontline teams, implementing performance frameworks, and driving capability uplift
