Primary Focus & Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage and motivate the Protection Consultant team to deliver high-quality customer engagement and achieve targets
- Set clear KPI, monitor performance, and implement interventions to uplift productivity
- Oversee consistency and quality of customer conversations, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and customer experience expectations
- Identify emerging customer pain points or feedback themes, work with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Translate company S2S strategy into execution, plans, and customer engagement protocols
- Optimize lead generation through segmentation insights, process improvements and targeted engagement campaigns
- Ensure smooth collaboration with field agents and agency leaders, reinforcing feedback loops on lead quality and follow-up effectiveness
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of experience in insurance sales, customer engagement, telesales, or service-to-sales leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing outbound customer engagement teams and driving sales productivity in life or health insurance
- Strong grounding in customer experience improvement
- Experience in coaching frontline teams, implementing performance frameworks, and driving capability uplift
