Proposal Engineer EPC

Scope of Work :

1. Interpreting RFQ from customer into technical design and engineering.
2. Performs site surveys to develop basic design and installation plans.
3. Prepare technical and commercial proposals on time, based on deadline from customer.
4. Lead the preparation of all necessary bidding documentation.
5. Liaise between Sales, Engineering, and the Project Management Department.
6. Support Sales in establishing, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
7. Support Sales in tender negotiations and contract terms.
8. Support Engineering to create BOQ (Bill of Quantity) for tender and project execution purpose if necessary.
9. Support the development of work methods within the internal team.
10. May manage respective vendors or subcontractors.
11. Report to the Proposal Engineer Assistant Manager.

Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
2. Have minimum 3 years of work experience.
3. Have minimum 1 year of working experience as an Electrical Engineer or Proposal Engineer.
4. Familiar with Ms. Office.
5. Have a good competence in Ms. Excel.
6. Have great attention to detail.
7. Familiar to read engineering drawings, especially SLD.
8. Ready to work overtime if necessary.
9. Have ability to work with minimum supervision, under pressure, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
10. Active in organization.

Plus Point if you :

1. Have experience in an EPC project or company.
2. Have experience in Solar PV/PLTS projects or companies.
3. Have experience with bidding documents (proposals/quotations).
4. Have experience in Create a BOQ.
