Property Sales Manager: Jimbaran, Bali
We are seeking a Property Sales Manager to lead the full sales cycle, our premium 46-key residential project in Jimbaran. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for converting qualified leads into completed transactions, managing the sales pipeline end to end, and overseeing the Business Development Manager to ensure consistent agent and referral partner performance.
This is a full time, office based role with regular travel for client presentations, site inspections and agent engagements.

· International candidates welcome
· Based in or willing to relocate to the Jimbaran area
· Proven track record in property sales, ideally within the Bali or broader Southeast Asian market
· Demonstrable experience managing a sales pipeline from lead to close
· Comfortable leading client presentations to international buyers in English
· Experience managing or mentoring junior sales staff
· Active across relevant digital channels for lead generation and client communication
· Professional, well-presented and highly motivated
· Organised with strong CRM habits and attention to follow up
· Commercially minded with a results driven approach
