Property Sales Manager: Jimbaran, Bali

We are seeking a Property Sales Manager to lead the full sales cycle, our premium 46-key residential project in Jimbaran. This is a senior client-facing role responsible for converting qualified leads into completed transactions, managing the sales pipeline end to end, and overseeing the Business Development Manager to ensure consistent agent and referral partner performance.

This is a full time, office based role with regular travel for client presentations, site inspections and agent engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to signed agreement and handover
  • Qualify, nurture and follow up leads generated through online and offline channels
  • Conduct professional client presentations both on site and in the office
  • Manage and support the Business Development Manager, ensuring agent relationships are active and pipeline is progressing
  • Develop and execute lead generation activity across digital platforms, referral networks and direct outreach
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries via all channels
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all leads, client communications and pipeline status
  • Coordinate client site inspections and accompany buyers through the full purchase journey
  • Work with marketing to ensure all sales collateral, listings and online presence accurately represent the project
  • Provide regular pipeline and performance reporting to senior management
  • Represent at buyer events, property exhibitions and agent meetings
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of client experience throughout the sales process

Candidate Profile

·        International candidates welcome

·        Based in or willing to relocate to the Jimbaran area

·        Proven track record in property sales, ideally within the Bali or broader Southeast Asian market

·        Demonstrable experience managing a sales pipeline from lead to close

·        Comfortable leading client presentations to international buyers in English

·        Experience managing or mentoring junior sales staff

·        Active across relevant digital channels for lead generation and client communication

·        Professional, well-presented and highly motivated

·        Organised with strong CRM habits and attention to follow up

·        Commercially minded with a results driven approach
