We are seeking a high-performing Property Sales Manager to lead investor sales across our current and upcoming developments.
The OpportunityThis is a senior revenue-generating role focused on high-value property sales to domestic and international investors.
You will be responsible for:
Managing and converting qualified investor leads
Conducting structured investment presentations (virtual and in person)
Coordinating closely with marketing and leadership on release strategy
Building and maintaining broker and referral networks
Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through completion
This role is based in Bali due to the in-person nature of client viewings and project engagement.
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a commercially sharp, ethical and results-driven professional with:
Proven experience selling high-value real estate or investment assets
Strong understanding of ROI, rental yields, and investor decision-making
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in professional-level English
Experience working with international buyers (preferred)
Strong negotiation and closing skills
High personal standards of professionalism and integrity
