Job Opening Property Scout & Market Analyst (Bali & Indonesian Islands)

We are looking for a Property Scout & Market Analyst for an 8-month project, based in Bali with occasional travel to Flores and Lombok.

Responsibilities:

• Search and analyze land opportunities online and through local networks
• Collect and manage market price data
• Pre-screen land plots based on set criteria before visits
• Prepare reports on market trends & investment opportunities
• Contribute to the development of an AI-powered land analysis system

Requirements:

• Experience in property / real estate / market research
• Skilled in data management (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM)
• Tech-savvy and familiar with land zoning in Indonesia
• Independent, detail-oriented, communicative
• Fluent in English
