PROPERTY MANAGER
DORADO PROPERTY INDONESIA
Dorado Property Indonesia (DPI) is seeking a dynamic, motivated property manager to help us grow our property management services business in South Bali.
This role will interface directly with guests of our properties, serving as the ambassador to guests and the face of our company and brand to our owner clients. The role will have leadership responsibilities for preparing and launching new properties into the market. Candidates must have a passion for the travel and accommodation industry, as well as for great customer service.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Hours and schedule
- Six days per week work schedule with some flexibility on hours. Activities and availability prioritized around guest stays.
- Availability to resolve guest issues in real time.
Credentials, skills and experience
- Fluency in spoken and written fluent English and Bahasa
- Proficient with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, social media apps
- Prefer university degree in business, marketing or human resources
- Passion and attention to detail for outstanding customer service and professional customer interactions, with excellent personal presentation
- Excellent project management skills. Comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple issues simultaneously
- Access to reliable transportation for local mobility
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of guest management and related communications
- Arrange advance guest requests including ground transportation, check-in scheduling.
- Provide responsive answers to guest questions.
- Arrange guest welcome items (e.g., flowers, welcome drinks).
- Meet and greet guests.
- Provide property orientation, explain property features.
- Provide responsive and effective problem resolution during guest stays.
- Manage handover of keys
- Issue minibar or other invoices.
- Inspect the condition of properties.
- Handle banking transactions as necessary.
- Manage website reviews and communications in a timely manner.
Property management :
- Ensure properties that all properties, their features, fixtures, infrastructure, amenities, provisions, accessibility, cleanliness, appearance and presentation are in good working order at all times and suitable for guest stays in order to maximize Property performance.
- Identify and resolve any and all issues at the villa (e.g., AC, electricity, internet, provisions). Schedule and oversee maintenance and repairs.
Staff management :
- Manage, coordinate and communicate staff schedules (i.e., housekeeping, gardening).
- Ensure staff attendance and a high level of staff performance.
- Service provider management :
- Manage property service providers (e.g., pool, AC, pest control).
- Ensure providers are lowest cost and highest quality and reliability.
- Identify ways enhance the guest experience at all properties
Property performance management :
- Lead weekly update calls with DPI ownership to identify property management issues, propose and discuss solutions.
- Provide real time, responsive communications with DPI as necessary.
- Track action items on all properties.
- Develop, document and manage SOPs (standard operating procedures) for the guest management and property management items above.
Business development :
- Assist in the survey of new properties with the potential to be added to the Dorado Property Management portfolio.
- Prepare new properties for market launch. Ensure provisions and quality standards are in place to ensure successful property startups.
Financial management :
- Purchase provisions, household items and supplies for properties in a cost-effective manner.
- Enter records for purchases into computer systems in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner.
