Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freelance Property at Cormi Kreative Indonus located in Batam. The Freelance Property will be responsible for communication, customer service, commercial real estate, residential real estate, and sales tasks related to property and corporate product promotion services.

Qualifications

• SMA or Higher degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate knowledge
• Sales skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Experience in property promotion or real estate industry
• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Content Creator

Job Description

• Can reach target upper 2 Houses/month or 2 closing property
• Update Customer Database
• Data input
• Search new Property listing at least 10 unit/month
• Working in team
• build Communication/relation with customer/owner
• Be a content creator
