Job Description

Job Description:

  • Perform quality check (QC) to recheck and ensure correctness of voucher settings upon request, including: Shopee Vouchers, Seller Vouchers,and Free shipping Vouchers.
  • Work closely with business teams to recommend suitable voucher settings and propose alternative solutions based on business needs
  • Generate and maintain assigned logistics shipping rules for use with free shipping vouchers
  • Prepare and conduct reports related to customer service tickets (issues related to vouchers / promotions)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field fresh graduates are welcome
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good communication skill
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
  • Adaptive and flexible to changing business needs
