Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outstanding promotional campaigns that enhance audience engagement and strengthen the station's brand positioning.
- Handle the end-to-end production process of promo content — from concept development, scripting, and pre-production planning through production supervision and post-production execution.
- Translate creative ideas into compelling visual storytelling that aligns with brand guidelines and programming strategy.
- Create and produce generic image spots, seasonal campaigns, and brand-driven stunts.
- Ensure all promotional materials are delivered on-brand, on-strategy, and on schedule.
- Execute self-editing in post-production to maintain creative consistency and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless production workflows.
- Develop integrated branded promotions and sponsorship-driven campaigns when required.
- Contribute actively within the Creative Team to elevate overall campaign output.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creative production, promo production, or related fields within media, broadcasting, advertising, or creative agencies.
- Proven experience managing the full production cycle (E2E) from ideation to final delivery.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and post-production processes.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere with up-to-date knowledge of editing tools, plug-ins, and techniques.
- Strong storytelling, scripting, and copywriting ability for promotional content.
- Experience coordinating production timelines and working across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
