PROJECT SUPERVISOR (CIVIL)

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Supervisor (Civil) to join our team on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Project Supervisor will oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, managing project timelines, ensuring health and safety compliance, and addressing any project-related challenges. The role also involves maintaining detailed project reports and communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on progress.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering principles and experience in construction site supervision
• Expertise in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Proficiency in technical drawing analysis, construction methodologies, and quality control practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to construction projects
• Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to challenges in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required
• Prior experience in a similar role within construction or related industries is highly desirable
