Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and maintain all end to end project management process
Collaborate with another team and stakeholders, mainly with client and Internal KOL specialist team
Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new project
Managing and mitigating any risk possibilities in the project
Maintaining, calculating and projecting budget and timeline for any project
Developing detail of plans, design, and monitoring progress accurately
Doing administration and reporting for each project
Conducting research on market trends for relatable project
Establishing great relationship with clients and other stakeholder
Using content / KOL management system and project management software

Requirements

Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication, Management, Public Relations, Media or other related majors
Have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience managing several project project related to digital / product
Tech and current trends savvy in social media and digital marketing
Creative and passionate about digital marketing
Strong communication, problem solving , negotiation, people management and administration skills
Great interpersonal skills
Great time management skills and attention to detail
Team player who loves to interact with people
