Job Description
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, digital, content, sales, event, partners) to execute deliverables.
- Monitor progress and ensure tasks stay within timeline and scope.
- Manage project workflows using project management tools
- Lead the execution of digital and offline campaigns, including social media, email, paid ads, activations, and events.
- Oversee production of content, creative assets, and marketing materials.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all outputs.
- Act as the main point of contact between marketing, vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare regular progress reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions proactively.
- Track project expenses and ensure all initiatives remain within budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and suppliers to secure pricing and manage deliverables.
- Review and approve creative materials before release.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, accuracy, and project objectives.
Requirements
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital marketing, and creative production processes.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic analytics.
- Able to join ASAP
