Project Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields from a reputable/top university.
• 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager and Developer.
• Mandatory experience managing projects within the Banking industry.
• Strong understanding of Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proven experience managing project delivery, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent/professional proficiency is required).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across banking and financial industry projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Drive project execution throughout the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including project initiation, planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business users, development teams, QA teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and management.
• Facilitate project governance activities, monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure timely issue resolution and escalation management.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, project plans, status updates, and delivery tracking to maintain transparency and execution quality.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Work closely with internal teams and external IT vendors, including international vendors, to coordinate project delivery and implementation activities.
• Support requirement clarification, solution discussions, and ensure project deliverables meet business and regulatory expectations.
• Participate in project review sessions and drive continuous improvement initiatives across project management processes.
