Lead end-to-end project management processes—from planning, execution, to post-campaign reporting—with clear structure and ownership.
Act as the main liaison between clients, internal teams (especially KOL Specialists, Strategists, Data & Operational), and external partners to ensure seamless coordination.
Build and maintain detailed timelines, workflows, and communication flows to keep all stakeholders aligned and on track.
Understand the market landscape and industry context to better align project direction with client goals, audience behavior, and campaign relevance.
Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Oversee and optimize project budgets, ensuring efficiency without compromising output quality.
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, and provide strategic input for pipeline and workflow enhancements.
Foster a positive, productive team environment—motivating cross-functional teams to deliver their best work.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Public Relations, Media, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, account management, or related roles—preferably in a creative, digital, or influencer marketing environment.
Strong understanding of digital campaign workflows, KOL/influencer management, and social media ecosystems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, independent, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.
