Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow new business opportunities
  • Lead online & offline canvassing efforts to expand the leads pipeline
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key clients and partners
  • Negotiate and structure commercial deals based on client needs and market trends
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new customers understand and maximize the value of our products/services
  • Drive user performance by analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketplace operations and customer experience
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to develop innovative approaches for business growth
  • Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
Job Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
  • Proven track record in the marketplace, agency, or omnichannel industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and market opportunities
