As a Project Manager at SoftwareOne, you will lead and support customer engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. You will manage projects aligned to the SoftwareOne Project Delivery Framework (pmOne) and the agreed delivery methodology, coordinating all aspects of project delivery and acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, and quality thresholds.
• Lead and support project teams, facilitating resource allocation, regular meetings, and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and project artefacts.
• Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure financially healthy outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new opportunities within current projects, supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the project management community.

• Experience in project management, preferably delivering complex IT solutions in a consulting environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects using structured methodologies (e.g., pmOne, PMP, Prince2, Agile, SCRUM).
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, PSA, ServiceNow, CRM systems).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive process improvement and change management.
